Preliminary Procedures

Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
Remove the left front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
Disconnect the body front electrical wiring harness connector from the washer pump.
Disconnect the washer pump hose from the windshield washer nozzle hose at the upper front fender flange.
Contain any spilled windshield washer solvent from the fender flange area.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.

Tighten

15 Nm (11 lb ft)
