Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
Remove the intake manifold cover (2). Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Front.

Remove the oil filter and allow to drain. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
Install the oil filter.
Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.

Note: Do not disconnect the power steering lines from the power steering pump.

Remove the power steering pump and bracket (1). Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement.

Note: Do not disconnect the A/C pipes from the A/C compressor.

Remove the A/C compressor bolts and reposition the A/C compressor in order to gain access to the oil filter adapter fasteners. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement.
Disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
Place a drain pan under the vehicle.

Remove the oil filter adapter bolts (1 and 2).
Remove the oil filter adapter (3).
Remove and discard the oil filter adapter gasket.

Position a NEW oil filter adapter gasket onto the oil filter adapter.

Install the oil filter adapter (3).

Install the oil filter adapter bolts (1, 2) into the oil filter adapter and hand tighten.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.

Tighten the oil filter adapter bolts (2) to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
Tighten the oil filter adapter bolt (1) to 58 Nm (43 lb ft).
Connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
Install the A/C compressor with the A/C pipes to the engine. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement.
Install the power steering pump and bracket (1). Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement.

Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.

Connect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
Check and add engine oil as necessary.
