Preliminary Procedures Remove the rear window panel trim. Refer to Rear Window Panel Trim Replacement. Pull back the window panel acoustic trim filler in order to access the high mount stop lamp. Disengage the high mount stop lamp electrical connector from the rear window trim panel. Pull the high mount stop lamp from the rear window panel trim.
1	High Mount Stop Lamp Tip: The high mount stop lamp is serviced as one part.

1	Rear End Spoiler Bolt (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution. Remove caps from each end of the high mount stop lamp to access bolts.
2	High Mount Stop Lamp Procedures Using a suitable flat bladed plastic tool separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler. Disconnect the electrical harness connector and feed through rear end spoiler to fully separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler. Clean area with a 50/50 solution by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water. Dry area with a clean lint-free cloth.

Rear End Spoiler Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.

Remove caps from each end of the high mount stop lamp to access bolts.

High Mount Stop Lamp

Procedures

Using a suitable flat bladed plastic tool separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler.
Disconnect the electrical harness connector and feed through rear end spoiler to fully separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler.
Clean area with a 50/50 solution by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water.
Dry area with a clean lint-free cloth.
