Removal Procedure
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Remove the position sensor link (1) from the lower control arm.

- Disconnect the electrical connector for the position sensor (2).
- Remove the nut (1) for the position sensor.

- Remove the position sensor (2).
Installation Procedure
- Install the position sensor on the frame (2).

- Install and tighten the position sensor nut (1) to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).
- Reconnect the electrical connector (2).

- Install the position sensor link (1) on the lower control arm
- Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Remove the support and lower thew vehicle.
- Reprogram the electronic suspension control module. Refer to Control Module References.

- Disconnect the position sensor electrical connector (2).
- Remove the position sensor nut (1).

- Remove the position sensor (2) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the position sensor (2) in the vehicle.

- Install the position sensor nut (1) and tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).
- Reconnect the position sensor electrical connector (2) .

- Install the position sensor link (1) to the lower control arm.
- Install the tire and wheel, if removed. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
- Reprogram the electronic suspension control module. Refer to Control Module References.
