Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the rear end trim finish panel. Refer to Rear End Trim Finish Panel Replacement.
  2. Reposition the rear compartment side trim panel on the left side of the vehicle. The panel is cloth and easily moved to gain access to the radio speaker amplifier.
1 Radio Speaker Amplifier Nut
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.
Tighten

9 Nm (80 lb in)
2 Radio Speaker Amplifier Assembly

Procedure

  1. Slide amplifier from integral retaining tabs.
  2. Disconnect electrical connection.
