Headlamp Washer Hose

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the headlamp washer pump jumper hose from the main headlamp washer hose assembly.
  3. Disengage the center retainer for the main electrical harness and remove the harness from the clips within the front bumper energy absorber.
1 Headlamp Washer Pump Jumper Hose Tip: Disconnect the jumper from the main headlamp washer hose.
2 Headlamp Washer Hose Assembly

Procedure

  1. Disengage the center retainer securing the headlamp washer hose to the front bumper energy absorber.
  2. Disconnect both hose elbows from the headlamp washer nozzles.
  3. Release and remove the headlamp washer hose from the retention clips on the front bumper energy absorber.
